Qualification Requirements for Free Earpad Replacement Service
- Exclusively available for customers who have purchased the WH-1000X headphones from Sony Stores and Sony Store Online.
- Customers need to purchase the earpads to be eligible for the complimentary replacement service.
- This service covers earpad replacement only, excluding any other parts or accessories of the main unit.
- The complimentary earpad replacement service remains valid only during the warranty period (12+3 months) of the main unit, as specified by Sony Store. After this period, standard charges may apply for earpad replacements.
- Remember to provide proof of purchase from Sony Store or Sony Store Online, such as a valid receipt, invoice, or online warranty registration, to be eligible for the free earpad replacement service.

You can still enjoy our earpad replacement service by simply paying a service fee of $43.20 at point of Earpads collection.
